Q1: What materials do you use for your jewelry? Do you offer material testing?

A: We mainly produce high-quality jewelry made of morganite, natural diamonds, 925 silver, 14K/18K gold, etc. All products are labeled with detailed material information. If you need material testing, you can contact a third-party authoritative institution for testing after receiving the goods. If the test results do not match the label, you can apply for a full refund based on the test report

Q2: Can you customize exclusive jewelry (such as engraving, designing exclusive styles)?

A: Yes! You can choose "Custom Service" on the product details page or contact support@supervisale.com by email to describe your requirements (such as engraving content, design sketches, size requirements, etc.). During the customization process, we will send 3 design confirmation drafts (initial draft, revised draft, final draft) to ensure the final product meets your expectations. The customization cycle is usually 15-20 working days. For specific details, please consult the customer service.

Q3: How can I determine if the jewelry size is suitable (such as rings, bracelets)?

A: We provide a free "Size Measurement Guide", which can be obtained by sending an email to support@supervisale.com (including ring size comparison table, bracelet length measurement method). If you find that the size does not match after placing the order, non-customized jewelry can be applied for free size modification within 30 days (only the return and delivery costs will be charged), while customized jewelry requires confirming the size in advance and the size modification will incur an additional small processing fee.

Orders and Payments

Q1: How long will it take to receive the order confirmation after placing the order? How can I modify the order information?

A: After the order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number within 10 minutes (if you haven't received it, it is recommended to check the spam folder). If you need to modify the delivery address, product specifications, etc., you must contact support@supervisale.com by email within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, the order enters the production / shipment process and cannot be modified.

Q2: What payment methods are supported? Is the payment secure?

A: Currently, we support credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), UnionPay, etc. All payment processes are protected by SSL encryption technology. Your bank card information is only transmitted to the secure payment gateway. We do not store any payment sensitive data to ensure transaction security.
