Shipping & Delivery
Every piece of your jewelry, from order placement to delivery, undergoes careful handling and shipping protection, with the entire process divided into two phases:
1. Production & Quality Inspection Phase
After receiving your order and confirming payment, we immediately initiate the process—including order information verification, custom jewelry processing (if applicable), manual inspection by professional quality controllers (to ensure gemstones are securely set and metals are properly polished), and exclusive packaging. All orders will be transferred to our shipping center within 72 hours.
2. Logistics & Transportation Phase
Based on your location, the transportation time is as follows (for in-stock items):
- USA & Canada: Standard Secure Shipping (with insurance) takes 2–4 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: Standard Secure Shipping (with insurance) takes 2–4 weeks
- UK & Europe: Standard Secure Shipping (with insurance) takes 2–4 weeks
- Other Countries/Regions: Standard Secure Shipping (with insurance) takes 2–5 weeks
Logistics Protection Services
• Peace of Mind Insurance Service
All jewelry comes with default shipping insurance. If your item is lost or damaged during transportation (e.g., loose gemstones, metal deformation), please provide clear photos of the package’s exterior and the damaged item. We will send you a free replacement of the same item at no extra cost to you.
• Priority Shipping Service
By selecting this service, your order will be added to our daily priority processing queue, with production and shipping arranged first. Due to fluctuations in order volume, the actual delivery time may be similar to standard shipping, but you will still enjoy insurance coverage. This service is ideal for customers who wish to receive their jewelry as soon as possible.
Special Notes
• Split Shipping
If you purchase multiple jewelry items at once, they may be shipped from warehouses in different regions (e.g., silver jewelry and diamond jewelry may be stored in separate warehouses). As a result, items may arrive separately, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers to monitor each shipment individually.
• Logistics Tracking Guide
After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to you via email. Due to delays in logistics information synchronization, it may take 1–7 days for the tracking number to display the full shipping route. We recommend using 17track (https://17track.net) to check real-time progress.
• Delivery Delay Reminder
Delivery time may be extended under the following circumstances: holiday order surges, customs clearance procedures, or shipping to remote areas. We promise never to compromise on quality (e.g., shortening the curing time of jewelry plating) to rush orders, and we will do our best to speed up the process. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Modification Policy
If you need to modify your shipping address, jewelry size (for non-custom items), or cancel your order, please email us at support@supervisale.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist with the adjustments. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered the production or shipping process, and modifications will no longer be possible. We recommend double-checking all information before placing an order to avoid affecting your plans to wear the jewelry.
